1. Scope of Services
ECSTACY Professional Salon operates as a professional, unisex beauty and grooming salon located at Paikpara, Kolkata. We offer high-quality salon services including designer haircuts, styling, global coloring, pro-keratin smoothening, advanced skin therapies, cleanups, professional facials, waxing, nail extensions, and wellness body massages.
Please note that we are strictly a salon service provider. We do not offer bridal makeovers, party makeup artistry, or cosmetic makeup studio services on-site or off-site.
2. Booking and WhatsApp Communications
All appointment requests made via our online booking form are packaged and forwarded to our official WhatsApp booking desk.
- An appointment request submitted on this website does not guarantee an immediate slot. Bookings are only finalized once confirmed by our desk via a reply WhatsApp message or phone call.
- Clients must provide an active Indian mobile number to ensure our team can reach you to confirm or reschedule slots.
- For high-demand weekend slots or premium treatments (such as smoothening or keratin), our desk may request a small advance booking deposit to reserve your time.
3. Cancellation and Late Arrivals
To maintain a clean, high-standard scheduling environment for all clients:
- We request at least 2 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your salon appointment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time slot, we may have to modify your requested services or reschedule the appointment to prevent delaying subsequent clients.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
All service rates listed on this website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹).
- Listed prices are starting values and are subject to change depending on hair length, density, skin condition, or custom specifications. Final quotes will be shared by your stylist prior to starting the treatment.
- We accept cash, UPI payments (such as GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major credit/debit cards at our physical salon billing counter.
5. Client Conduct & Safety
We maintain a strictly professional, hygienic, and family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual exhibiting disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Clients are required to inform our stylists of any pre-existing skin allergies, scalp conditions, or chemical sensitivities before receiving hair coloring, facial cleanups, or body massages.
